  1. What is a 1 day makeover?

    Whether it's your everyday look, a special event, or your professional attire, our fashion pros are ready to deck you out! We'll transform your hair, teach you a better makeup routine, and shop with you for wardrobe must-haves that fit your makeover goals AND your budget.

  2. How long does a makeover take?

    You should plan to have the entire day available. Makeovers can take anywhere from 5 hours to a full day.

  3. Who will be giving me my makeover?

    We seek out the premier fashion and beauty experts in every market. To see our roster of hair stylists, makeup artists, and wardrobe professionals please visit Our Stylists.

  4. How does the process work?

    You will select the desired date for your makeover and the length of the shopping trip you want to take. Within 48 hours your makeover team (including their bios!) will be emailed to you along with directions for where to be when. We recommend you bring in your makeup bag, undergarments, and a couple of "standard outfits" so our makeover team can evaluate you from your current starting point.

  5. Should I tip the members of my makeover team?

    No tipping is necessary. The service providers are fully compensated by the cost of the makeover.

  6. How much will I have to spend on clothes?

    You are not required to buy anything, but no one has yet gone through the process without buying something! Our wardrobe professionals will recommend and shop with you at stores that fit your budget. We focus on educating you about cuts and colors that work for you along with basic rules for putting outfits together. Our shoppers will focus on everything from undergarments, to shoes, to accessories, to outfits.

  7. I'm nervous about letting someone new cut my hair – can I tell them what I DON'T want?

    We will always tell you what we're planning to do before we do it and you may always say no. That said, our most satisfied customers are the ones who took a few risks. You're getting a chance to have some of the best at what they do give you their recommendations for how to improve your look.

  8. If I like my haircut, can I come back to the hair stylist?

    Of course! All our hair stylists will happily continue cutting your hair in the future. You do not need to get a full makeover to see them again.
